Strongly equipped kitchenette with everything you need to whip up meals without leaving the room. Welcome beer in the fridge adds a delightful touch to the experience.

Kitchen cupboards are too high, requiring a chair to access common items. Lack of provided soap or shower gel in the bathroom necessitated a trip to a local store. Room comfort is compromised by the absence of additional seating like an armchair.

The kitchenette in the apartment was well-equipped, making it easy to whip up meals when I didn't feel like heading out. I appreciated the smooth check-in process, which was pretty efficient for a self-service setup.

The air conditioning struggled to keep the place cool, which made nights a bit uncomfortable. I also encountered some issues with the Wi-Fi, as it was unreliable at times, disrupting my work. the kitchen cupboards were set quite high, forcing me to use a chair to reach the necessities. The shower lacked a handrail, which could be a safety hazard for some guests, and I found there wasn't much guidance on how to use the kitchen appliances, leading to some frustration during my stay. Lastly, having to search for trash disposal options was annoying—clearer signage would help.

Great spot. The apartment has everything you need, a kitchenette with a coffee machine, microwave, and toaster. Cozy seating area, comfy bed, and a flat-screen TV for streaming. Super clean too! Good heating and nice shower. The best part? Bakery nearby for breakfast and just 15 mins to central spots. Really enjoyed it.

Had a decent stay, but the kitchen cupboards were heaps high, and I had to stand on a chair. On the plus side, the location was super handy for transport!

Just a heads-up, the elevator was out of service which made climbing to the fifth floor a bit of a workout, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. 🍻

the smartments has a great location, just a short walk to the subway. my room was bright, spacious, and had a full kitchen, which was perfect for making my own meals. on top of everything, maria rosa, the manager, was super helpful and friendly.
